Hi. I’m thinking about terminating my policy because the administration charge is grossly overpriced. I was wondering if you could explain why on my 1st year the admin charge was 340/mo then it jumped to 1,809/mo on the 2nd. Now it’s back to 300+ again – is that normal?

Hi Can you please help me in registering my balanced fund to the Sunlink site?

I only see my Maxilink plan there. It won’t allow me to input my balanced fund.

Hi Roxanne, may I know exactly what are you trying to do?

    Hi,

Ask lang po ako ng question regarding my policy. I’ve decided to terminate my policy so gusto lang po itanong kung pano i-compute yung total na makukuha ko.

My policy is Sunlife Maxilink Prime.
    1. Yung makukuha ko lang ba dito is yung nasa “Current Fund Value?”.
    2. San napunta yung units na binili?
    3. Yung transfer and admin charges ba ay napupunta lang sa insurance?

    Thanks.
    Best Regards,
    Christian

Hi Christian, re: pano icompute ung makukuha mo, it’s simply the Current Fund value. San napunta ung units na nabili? They were used to pay different charges like Insurance charges, administrative charges, premium charges etc.

Transfer and admin charges goes to setting up the policy, paying the fund manager, operational expense of the company and compensation of Sun Life’s employees and advisors.

Got something to say?
